How do I book an Experience?

Experiences available to you can be found under the “Experiences” tab. If interested in learning more about and/or booking an Experience, click “Request Info” within that Experience, and include any questions or pertinent information. Once received, a member of the OpenRounds team will reply within 48 hours with any follow-up questions or information needed to plan your trip. If you have dates in mind, please mention them when inquiring to help the coordination process, particularly if your desired trip is to occur within the next 4 weeks.

Once the trip details have been finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link. After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary for your trip
