This is often dependent on the policies of individual clubs, which are often but not always noted within the Course Description or Course Rules.
Should a request be submitted further out than a club can confirm a time due to such a policy, you will be made aware by the club staff or a member of the OpenRounds team via message within the request, including an expected date of when the request can be officially addressed.
*Note: We suggest that you do not request a round further than a few months in advance, as it can be difficult to predict how club schedules will change.
