Should a pre-paid round require cancelation, please cancel the round as soon as possible, and alert the OpenRounds team of the reasoning.
OpenRounds will then work with the hosting club to reflect their existing policies regarding refunds/rain-checks. We suggest providing as early of notification as possible for the best chance to receive a full refund. Same-day cancelations should not expect to be refunded, barring club agreement due to emergency circumstances or weather issues.
